My day at the office 03-9-23

I love my job, but somedays it's so hectic and stressful, I need a bartender to wait on me when I get home! I guess it's the little things that really gets on my nerves.......like my co-worker not answering the phone! It rings 50 million times and she's on her cell phone chatting about her daughter's upcoming wedding. Mind you, this is her predominant duty at this office. You're here to work and get paid 8 hours for answering the phone, not chatting up your daughter everyday about the wedding. Am I wrong? Should I cut her some slack about all the phone calls she takes or makes everyday so far this year about the wedding in October? How should I handle this? I guess I need to mind my own business and keep working, OH BUT WAIT!! I can't because I have to stop working to answer her phone, which is her job! Oh lordy, please help me have patience.
