Achy Breaky Tooth

Y'all I had a piece of my tooth break off eating a piece of crunchy melba toast. I bit down on it and wham, broke tooth! That was a Friday night, so I called dentist Monday, only to be told my dentist is out of town for a dental conference. OMG!!! I could've screamed at this point. I already had to deal with it all weekend, but then to be told, "you gotta wait a little longer", urgghhh!! I wasn't sure I could handle it, but almost two weeks later, I got in to see the dentist. He removed the broken part and said, "it's going to need a root canal. I can temporarily fix it so the root isn't exposed, but the root canal will need to be done another day. We will get you an antibiotic and send you home." Oh bless, God help me now! I have to wait another month before they can do the root canal. Apparently they are very busy, they couldn't get me in any sooner. Y'all, I'm so tired of chewing on my left side. This situation will definitely test my patience! Hopefully it doesn't start hurting, I refused the pain meds!
